A Rock and roll kinda guy who loves The Blues! I come from The Kootenays;, high atop a hill, in a land where they still remember how to grow their own. Discovered rock and blues right about the time my accordian lessons were getting boring (but thanks anyways, Gramma). First records? Jimi Hendrix, you know, the one with the Belly Button window and Black Sabbath, the one with Paranoid. I traded in the accordian for a drum kit, bought a BIG PA and started a band...or 2...or... One day the curling club couldn't afford the band so I borrowed a couple of turntables and the BIG PA became a mobile sound system...a D.J. was born! I came for EXPO in 1986 and never went home. Colored my hair green and joined "MAX HELL". I tried to take over SFU by taking control of the campus radio station. I started at CFOX in 1991 and switched to ROCK 101 in 2000.
